SUMMARY OF ASSIGNMENT OF OFFICIALS TO SOUTHERN CT BOYS YOUTH GAMES
This season there will be two assignors from the WCLOA working for programs in the South and West part of CONNY's geography.
Steve Lesando will continue on in his role as assignor for CONNY District 2, and Lewis Socci will be acting as the CONNY District 1 assignor.
If you have any questions please direct them to the proper district assignor.

Fees
All games are $65 per official
Jamborees are $50 per hour/per official.
There is a $50 Jamboree scheduling fee payable to the assignor
The WCLOA ask all CONNY schedulers whose teams we service to please be advised of the following:

Saturdays: From April 10 - May 22: please do not schedule game times from 12pm - 3pm

Exceptions: Saturday May 1 and June 5 are SAT test dates 12-2pm okay to schedule. Do not schedule 3pm - 6pm these dates

Tournaments: From April 10 - May 22: Sundays ONLY

NO CONNY Games: Monday May 24 (WCLOA Business Meeting); Wed June 2 (CIAC Tournament Rules Meeting)

CIAC Championships: June 12
Schedulers: if you change a games time, date, field or team - simply "red line" the game - do not remove the game from the schedule.

Re-enter the game as a new entry into the CONNY website system. This is for the CONNY assigner; he needs to know what happened to the game.

If the game is canceled 24 hours in advance you must notify the official directly. If the official is not notified in this manner, you must still pay the game fee.

If the game is rescheduled for a new date 7 days in the future or more you do not need to contact the CONNY assigner. The CONNY assigner works one week in advance.
